Dr Patel took time to ask pertinent questions about my condition and have his opinion which he explained to me in. Detail I appreciate his time spent analyzing the situation as I was unsure how sick I was and his common sense approach gave me confidence especially his honest straightforward manner of speaking .

I arrived on time, was checked in and did not wait more than five minutes before I was taken in to be weighed and for my vital signs to be checked. Two minutes later, Dr. Patel came into my room and proceeded to ask me questions about my condition / symptoms, thoroughly examined me by listened to my lungs for signs of congestion, checked my ears, throat, sinuses, and abdomen. Dr. Patel then gave me his diagnosis and discussed with me his prescribed meds. I was happy with the professionalism exhibited by Dr. Patel as well as receptionists and nurses and for the fact that I was attended to in a very prompt manner.

Dr. Patel is patient, kind and receptive of the questions and concerns one has about symptoms your body is feeling and how one ages into their elder years. The office is always so supportive and helpful. The wait times are perfect never taking too long or getting backed up.

I just love my doctor, Dr Patel, you could not have a better doctor whose goal is to get me healthier and ultimately reduce my medications or even stop them. Dr. Patel is great! He's caring and really listens to his patients. He works with you and are a team together and not someone that tells you what to do. UCLA should do what they can to make sure he sticks around. Good physicians are hard to find.

The experience was amazing. The doctor was very friendly, attentive and understood my concerns about the pain and discomfort I was experiencing. He gave me great feedback for managing the pain without using any heavier medication and to continue using the hot compresses. Overall the visit was great and I felt very comfortable with his treatment and bedside manner.
